AMBA Personnel may store your Roblox user ID, optional Discord user ID, fictional AMBA character information, configured role bindings, and technical timestamps needed to operate the service.

Authentication

Roblox authentication uses Roblox's official OAuth service. AMBA does not ask for or store your Roblox password.

Use

Information is used to maintain your fictional AMBA character, link eligible accounts, synchronize AMBA display names and configured Discord roles, and secure the service.

Retention and deletion

Records may be retained while needed to provide AMBA services. Temporary OAuth state expires. You may request removal through official AMBA community channels available to you.

Age and external services

Discord linking is optional. Users must meet the eligibility and age requirements imposed by Roblox, Discord and any other service they choose to use.
